Quick Diagnostics
Menu Not Visible to Diners
Check these in order:
- Is the menu published?
- Is the restaurant published?
- Are items in published status?
- Is your QR code correct?
Import Failing
Common causes:
- Invalid CSV format
- Missing required columns
- File encoding issues
- Photo quality problems
Allergens Not Updating
Try these steps:
- Wait 1-2 minutes for cache refresh
- Edit and save the parent item
- Check source items have allergens set
- Verify component linkages
QR Code Not Scanning
Check:
- Code size (minimum 1” x 1”)
- Code quality (not damaged)
- Lighting conditions
- Phone camera function

Common Quick Fixes
Refresh the Page
Many display issues resolve with a hard refresh:
- Windows: Ctrl + F5
- Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
Clear Browser Cache
For persistent issues:
- Open browser settings
- Clear cache and cookies
- Reload the page
Try Different Browser
If issues persist:
- Chrome recommended
- Firefox works well
- Safari supported
- Avoid older IE
Log Out and Back In
Session issues can be fixed by:
- Log out completely
- Wait 30 seconds
- Log back in
Check Your Connection
