Team Members

Add staff to your Atlee account to collaborate on menu management.

Viewing Team Members

Navigate to Settings > Team to see:

  • All current team members
  • Their roles
  • Status (active, pending invitation)
  • Last active date

Inviting Members

Send Invitation

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select their role (Owner or Member)
  4. Add optional message
  5. Click Send Invitation

What Happens Next

  1. Invitee receives email
  2. They click the invitation link
  3. They create an account (or sign in if existing)
  4. They accept the invitation
  5. They appear in your team list

Invitation Expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days. To resend:

  1. Find the pending invitation
  2. Click Resend
  3. New email sent with fresh link

Managing Members

View Member Details

Click on any member to see:

  • Email address
  • Role
  • Date joined
  • Last activity
  • Permissions

Change Member Role

  1. Click on the member
  2. Select new role from dropdown
  3. Click Save

Role changes take effect immediately.

Remove Member

  1. Click on the member
  2. Click Remove from Team
  3. Confirm removal

Removed members:

  • Lose access immediately
  • Cannot see dashboard
  • Previous edits preserved

Pending Invitations

View Pending

See invitations not yet accepted:

  • Invitee email
  • Role assigned
  • Invitation date
  • Expiration date

Cancel Invitation

  1. Find the pending invitation
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Link becomes invalid

Activity Tracking

Member Activity

See what each member has done:

  • Items created/edited
  • Allergens verified
  • Reviews responded to
  • Last login

Activity Log

View detailed history:

  1. Click on member
  2. Click View Activity
  3. See timestamped actions

Security

Best Practices

  1. Remove former employees - Immediately on departure
  2. Limit owner access - Only those who need it
  3. Review regularly - Monthly audit of team list
  4. Strong passwords - Encourage secure passwords
  5. Monitor activity - Watch for unusual actions

Suspicious Activity

If you notice unusual activity:

  1. Remove the member immediately
  2. Review recent changes
  3. Consider password reset
  4. Contact support if needed

Limits

Team Size

Limits depend on your plan:

  • Basic: 3 team members
  • Professional: 10 team members
  • Enterprise: Unlimited

Invitations

  • Maximum 20 pending invitations
  • Resend limit: 3 per email per day

Common Tasks

Transfer Ownership

To make someone else owner:

  1. Invite them as Owner
  2. They accept invitation
  3. You can remain as Owner or be removed

Note: Cannot have zero owners.

Bulk Invite

Add multiple people:

  1. Click Bulk Invite
  2. Enter emails (one per line)
  3. Select role for all
  4. Send invitations

Export Team List

Download team roster:

  1. Click Export
  2. CSV file downloads
  3. Includes email, role, status
