Dashboard Overview

Learn to navigate the Atlee dashboard and find what you need.

Main Layout

The dashboard has three main areas:

Header Bar

The top bar contains:

• Restaurant Name - Current restaurant (click to switch if multi-location)
• Search - Quick search across items, settings
• Notifications - Alerts for flags, reviews, etc.
• Profile Menu - Account settings, logout

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar organizes features into groups:

Home

• Dashboard - Overview metrics and quick actions

Menus

Collapsible group for menu management:

• Items - All menu items
• Combos - Combo and bundle management
• Ingredients - Ingredient library

Allergens

Collapsible group for allergen features:

• Verification - Items needing allergen review
• Insights - Allergen analytics and coverage
• Settings - Configure tracked allergens

Other Sections

• QR Code - Generate and manage QR codes
• Analytics - Detailed analytics (if available)
• Reviews - Diner feedback
• Settings - Restaurant and account settings

Dashboard Home

The main dashboard shows:

Quick Stats

At-a-glance metrics:

• Menu views (today/week)
• Verification queue size
• Pending reviews
• Recent flags

Action Items

Tasks needing attention:

• Items to verify
• Flags to review
• Reviews to respond to

Recent Activity

Timeline of recent events:

• Items created/edited
• Team activity
• System events

Navigation Tips

Keyboard Shortcuts

Breadcrumbs

At the top of most pages, breadcrumbs show your location:

Dashboard > Menus > Items > Signature Burger

Click any part to navigate back.

Quick Actions

Many pages have quick action buttons:

• New Item on Items page
• New Combo on Combos page
• Download on QR Code page

Sidebar Collapse

Collapse/Expand

• Click the arrow icon to collapse sidebar
• Hover to temporarily show
• Click again to expand

Mini Mode

When collapsed:

• Icons only
• Hover reveals labels
• More space for content

Multi-Location Switching

If you have multiple locations:

1. Click restaurant name in header
2. Select a different location
3. Dashboard updates to show that location’s data

Or select All Locations for combined view.

Settings Overview

Navigate to Settings for:

• General - Restaurant name, address, logo
• Team - Invite and manage team members
• Locations - Add and manage locations
• Reviews - Configure review collection
• Notifications - Email preferences
• API - Developer access

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices:

• Sidebar becomes a hamburger menu
• Tap the menu icon to open
• Full navigation available
• Optimized for touch

Finding Things

Search

1. Click search or press /
2. Type what you’re looking for
3. Results show items, settings, and help
4. Click to navigate

Help

Access help anywhere:

• Click ? icon
• Search documentation
• Context-sensitive help

Common Tasks

Edit a Menu Item

1. Sidebar → Menus → Items
2. Click the item row
3. Edit in slide-out panel
4. Save changes

Verify Allergens

1. Sidebar → Allergens → Verification
2. Work through the queue
3. Mark Contains/Safe
4. Save and continue

View Analytics

1. Dashboard home shows overview
2. Sidebar → Analytics for details
3. Select date range
4. Export if needed

Manage Team

1. Sidebar → Settings
2. Click Team
3. Invite, edit, or remove members
