Dashboard Metrics

Your dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of key performance indicators.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to Dashboard from the sidebar. Your main metrics appear in the overview section.

Key Metrics

Menu Views

What it measures: Total times your menu was loaded.

Displayed as:

• Today’s count
• This week’s count
• Month-to-date count
• Trend indicator (up/down from previous period)

What good looks like:

• Consistent or growing views
• Spikes during promotions
• Higher weekend traffic (for most restaurants)

Unique Visitors

What it measures: Individual diners who viewed your menu.

Note: Same diner viewing multiple times in one day = 1 unique visitor.

Why it matters:

• Views can be inflated by repeat visits
• Unique visitors show actual reach
• Ratio of views to visitors shows engagement

QR Code Scans

What it measures: Times your QR code was scanned.

Breakdown available:

• By location (if multiple)
• By day/time
• By QR code variant

Allergen Filter Usage

What it measures: How often diners use allergen filters.

Displayed as:

• Percentage of visitors using filters
• Most common allergens filtered
• Filter-to-view ratio

Time Periods

Toggle between time periods:

Comparison Metrics

Each metric shows comparison to previous period:

• ↑ +15% - Increase from previous period (green)
• ↓ -10% - Decrease from previous period (red)
• → 0% - No change (gray)

Trend Charts

Views Over Time

Line chart showing daily views:

• Hover for exact counts
• Identify patterns (weekends, events)
• Spot anomalies

Filter Usage Breakdown

Pie/bar chart showing:

• Which allergens are filtered
• Relative proportions
• Changes over time

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, quickly:

• View verification queue - Link to pending items
• Check recent flags - Community submissions
• Download reports - Export data

Shows current verification coverage:

Timeline of recent events:

• Items created/edited

Who’s been active:

• Items verified by team member
• Flags reviewed

Customization

Arrange Widgets

1. Click Customize in dashboard header
2. Drag widgets to reorder
3. Toggle widgets on/off
4. Click Save

Set Default Period

1. Choose your preferred time period
2. Click the pin icon
3. Dashboard will default to this period

Daily Check

Glance at:

• Today’s views vs. typical
• Any pending flags
• Verification queue size

Weekly Review

Examine:

• Week-over-week trends
• Popular items shift
• Allergen filter patterns

Monthly Analysis

Deep dive into:
